Darlene, that is wonderful how you look and feel! We went to my husband's 40th high school reunion this summer, and the moment I walked through the front doors, I was overcome with such a sadness and foreboding: massive amount of people our age who looked old, tired, overweight, just getting through life, waiting for the day they can retire, hoping they can physically make it till then. It was so depressing. It seemed more a geriatric center than a high school reunion. As by your perfect example, we don't have to look and feel that way! Again, thanks for the info. I look forward to reviewing! Rosie

Not much flab here and no exercise either. Only 10 more pounds of fat of which to rid myself. Eat lots of protein; feel great, never tired, never hungry - and people tell me that I look great too. I am a barber stylist and hear from all ages. They are all surprised to learn that I am 60. Been an Atkins follower on and off for 33 years..........best when ON - - and now I have the science to back this up.
