Author, speaker, teacher, and nurse, Rosie Brown, R.N., M.S.N., guides her reader on a journey of self discovery, rejuvenation, and higher purpose. In her writings, Rosie shares the wisdom she has gathered, not only from her thirty-seven-year health care career, but more importantly, from her own personal experience.

Rosie has held positions as: staff registered nurse, Assistant Head Nurse, Head Nurse, Cardiovascular Clinical Nurse Specialist, Quality Improvement Specialist, Manager of Employee Education and Development, Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern Indiana, and Quality Systems Manager. She is also an Area Manager and Independent Consultant with Arbonne International, a health and wellness company.
Rosie is a leadership professional with over 37 years of extensive experience in the growth and development of people, teams, managers, and facilitators. She is an experienced ISO Coordinator and Six Sigma Black Belt. She is well respected as an enthusiastic, energetic, skillful educator and seasoned facilitator, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. She is the creator of multiple courses, including facilitator certification, change and transition, quality improvement awareness and tools, high performance work teams, various communication courses, and various classes for the holistic health and wellness of the mind, body, and spirit.
